I think photos one and three are lichens,a subject that I haven't studied, so I cannot help you identify them, sorry! Number two is a definitely a Jelly Ear. Excellent photos, by the way and great to see that you're finding interesting specimens throughout the winter months :D

yep seem to be a lot of jelly ears about in varying stages of decay.I have been looking for scarlet elf cup but not seen any round here yet.Cheers
