Pear Rust

These brilliant orange spots appear on my pear leaves every summer, never in huge numbers.
In the sunshine a little clear liquid appears from the spots. It alternates between Pear and Juniper, though I haven't found  it in winter on either of the two species of Juniper I have in the garden.
