Fungus in Newt Corner, Cromwell Bottom

Here are a couple of fungi seen at Newt Corner, Cromwell Bottom on Saturday 15th Dec 2012






This Bracket was smooth underneath with maze-like pores

Blushing Bracket Daedaleopsis confragosa tricolor  




Jelly Ear

Auricularia auricula-judae ?

The palest I have ever seen

(can you see the cat)?

  2. Got the pretty kitty! Maybe it's Brown Cup Rustroemia firma?????? That gets wrinkled as it ages. I'm no expert, Steve will know!

  3. The top one could be Daedaleopsis confragosa (Blushing Bracket).

  4. The bracket is now very likely to be Gloeophyllum sepiarium Conifer Mazegill
