A couple of our finds whilst playing in the park after school and you can just see Oliver in the background on the right with his friend Jude.
Weeping Widow (Lacrymaria lacrymabunda) - above and below. The largest one had been kicked over and damage must have occurred to the gills and they were not weeping opalescent droplets but you can see them on the one I picked to take home in the photograph below.
