I found this Bramble Stem Rust (Kuehneola uredinis) infecting a Rubus fruticosus stem, at a relatives house.
Thanks to Chris Yeates for his assistance with the identification. I thought this would be an easy one, but I found there was a lot of conflicting information between this species, and Phragmidium violaceum.
