After Alison and I found the Heteromycophaga glandulosae I started taking a closer look at the Exidia glandulosa I came across. I thought I would take a look in North Dean Wood as there are many old Oaks there. It wasn't long before I found some Witches Butter overhead in some low branches. I took a closer look and there was the Witches Butter Wart (as I like to call it).

Hi Alison
ReplyDeleteWell done with Heteromycophaga glandulosae. Another rarity for calderdale.
Thanks Bruce,
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing what you can find when you walk your dog around Calderdale ;-)
